Swafford Construction is a local Chattanooga Construction, Remodeling, Green Building, and Design company that has served the Chattanooga area for over 23 years.

Swafford Construction is a member of the National association of Home Builders, the Green Builders Council, and the Home Builders Association of Southern Tennessee, and after serving on the Remodelers Council for 2 years, Tim Swafford was recently appointed President.
